Today I just had David and his crew come out and replace my roof, which honestly shouldn't have needed to be replaced in the first place. I bought my home in 2019 like most new builder developed communities expecting my roof to last 15 years, however i've had constant issues and repairs done over the past 5. After our recent storms, I'd had enough and had an insurance adjuster come out and look and he told me the roof was installed incorrectly and shingles were nailed incorrectly and said the workmanship was really bad. I had been referred to Reliable Roofing by a friend and David came out, got on the roof, looked over everything, and he said the same thing. He told me our shingles were rated for 65 to 80 mph winds... of course total builder grade crap, and we have nailed coming up ALLLLL over the place. He quoted me a price to cover my 2800sq ft home with shingles that are rated for 145+ mph winds and installed 2 solar roof vents. His quote was incredibly good and fair compared to what I've heard others paying in Houston for roof replacements. David also stayed here for the entire project and made updates to any other items that needed to be fixed without any upcharge. He said he didn't like certain things the builder did and couldn't walk away knowing these issues. In today's world, it's hard to find a legit, honest, fair services anymore. When we build a new home, I'm without a doubt using David and his company! These guys are absolutely the real deal!

Working with David to repair my roof after the hurricane was such a huge relief, especially after the dozen of calls I made to other roofing companies and either getting the run around on prices, working with my insurance and eventually just ghosting me.
